A truly enriching read, Besanya, as ever. Is Puerto Rican coffee usually torrefacto, roasted with sugar? I found that the torrefacto coffee in Venezuela had that kind of chocolatey scent you describe. All I can get in Spain is mezcla, half and half natural and torrefacto.
