And not just money, which often (especially since the as-yet and probably eternally unfixed Botgate) is maybe ten, twenty bucks or so difference, unless you really get lucky.

It also means your best stories aren't getting the views which allow you to get your words out to more people, build and audience and a community. Which for me, though not for all, is more vaulable for now.

But they both go hand in hand anyway.
