And they don't let people roam the streets with firearms, or leave university graduates with $100,000 of debt.

In France and Germany you pay a couple of hundred bucks a year for university tuition. In Spain and Italy it's nearer $2000, so $7-8000 total for a 4-year degree course. In Sweden and some other European countries: $0.00.

Those two factors leave people a little less stressed (and less dead!) as well.
