From what I can see, 'new follows' and 'follower reads' make a big difference. So the value of 1 read+clap+highlight+comment can vary significantly, depending on whether that reader wasn't a follower, was a follower, or wasn't, but followed you having read the article.

I think that would be in ascending order, in terms of 'level of engagement' - but that is either a secret, or known to those who have dug far deeper into the earnings formula than I have.
