'Calabash', used for various types of gourd or squash in different countries, is one of my favourite words in the English language, and is what I would name my restaurant if I ever opened one. Which is unlikely, but at least I have the name sorted just in case.

I think it would work for a juice bar as well, which is maybe more realistic.
