I'm absolutely with you about the tyranny of time, and its subdivision into inadequate and frustratingly curtailed or misassigned blocks.

Not sure I could do the whole fasting thing. Although as I am self-employed and work at home, my life is fairly free of that tyranny anyway - I feel the pain of others instead.
