I had a quick look at the 2023 winner, and the standard is hardly dazzling. But it is looooong. Not sure my poetic muse could manage a marathon like that. I'll have to look at other entries to see if it's worth giving it a go.

I think my 'Buffalo buffalo' poem from a while back could be repurposed, maybe with some extra homophone placenames/animals.
