Hey, GS - here's something that also bugs me: when Medium staff post stories without respecting title case conventions in their headers. Sure, it's not a platform rule, but it's a convention that all serious pubs respect. Failing to follow suit gives a real impression of 'that's for little people - we own the joint and do whatever we like'.

Again, I'm sure that's not their intention - but it's what people may well feel. I know I do.

No biggie, but they all add up.

Trust is priceless. Easily lost - a bugger to regain.
