A couple of points about your article as regards submissions to Iberospherical. First of all, I tend to go for shorter paragraph lengths. I don't like the 'dumbing down' aspect of this, but readers (especially on handheld devices) tend to get scared off by what I would call more proper, traditional paragraphing, so I would probably aim to break up some of the longer blocks in that piece.

The other question is image rights and attribution. The images you include are really illustrative of the piece, but I'm unsure whether they are copyright-free or covered by a Creative Commons licence, which is important for legal reasons (also a factor for Medium Curators in boosting articles for distribution, to avoid legal issues).

I wouldn't worry about it too much for a self-published piece - though technically we all should - butI couldn't publish an article without properly cleared and attributed pictures on the pub, as I could otherwise be liable if the copyright holder took action, so that's one thing worth bearing in mind for the future.
