Hi, Kimberley. I've just come across these great culinary tradition pieces of yours - full of local flavour! I was searching for stories under the 'Spain' topic tag as I've just set up a new publication for Spain/Portugal/Latin America-related topics, https://medium.com/iberospherical.

I was wondering if you would be interested in being added as a writer. I can't offer a big audience as yet, but can promise a quick editorial turnaround as I check for new submissions several times a day. I know how frustrating it can be waiting for editors to process submissions.

I post links to all new pieces to the me.dm Mastodon server, which should help get a few more readers, and will be promoting the pub more once I've built up 40-50 articles. And then applying for the Boost Pilot - you never know!
