I was actually a little reticent about sharing some of the personal nature of the first one, and was then rather disappointed at the lack of response it received, so huffily decide not to do that again, and stick to more abstract matters with just the odd reference to my personal and familial angle. But certainly our differing journeys to and perspectives on Spanish society are a big factor in the perspectives that I share here.
