I appreciate that you must feel strongly about the issue, and are personally impacted by it.

Might I however suggest that you consider rephrasing that 'Yawn.' to a more constructive and civil opening, such as 'I hear what you're saying, but...'?

I think it's quite clear that both the author of and the commenters on this piece are on the same side, supporting the pay claims of the actors who make the original content we want to see.

I don't think it helps to couch comments in unnecessarily snarky and dismissive terms.
