I hate to rain on your parade, Roz, but that item of waste electrical/electronic equipment (or WEEE as it is cheerily known in waste management jargon) should really have been properly separated to be collected with the corresponding waste stream and responsibly dealt with.

Its circuitry and structure will soon be leaching all sorts of unpleasant metals and compounds into your local groundwater from a landfill site, with the next spring rainfall.

You have single-handedly destroyed the planet! (OK, big oil and decades of rampant western consumption might have helped.)

If the landfill site is properly waterproofed the damage might be averted. That would in this case require a hoover dam, I guess.
