I have to say that it sounds rather like a direct rip-off (perhaps 'reimagining' would be a kinder word) of Brideshead Revisited.

131 minutes, however... I'm of the school of thought that if a director wants more than 2 hours of my time, they'd better have a compelling reason for taking that long to tell their story.
Do you feel it could happily benefit from leaving 20 minutes of footage on the editing suite floor?
