I mentioned this movie in comments a couple of months ago, on a piece about Point Break I think.

I had it on VHS - I can't remember if tape-to-tape pirated from the video store, or filmed off the TV. Maybe Channel 4 showed it in the UK the year after its release - I guess it didn't take long to make it to the small screen.

I must have watched it half a dozen times, aged 17-18, but haven't seen it now in decades, and had been meaning to rewatch it.
