I never really use Zoom or equivalent, but I can imagine a degree of visual reflection of people's presence, reactions, readiness to speak, is useful. But that could maybe be filtered via your webcam relaying the information to a real-time avatar, so people don't stress about bad hair or messy rooms. Or being still in bed on their laptop... Maybe this already exists.
