I only realised this when that lazy Philip Ogley kept sending stuff to my pub without putting the kicker in all caps, and I got fed up of doing his shit for him so just left it - and discovered it made no difference as it gets capped anyways.

After all those times I put caps lock on to do the kicker, then had to delete my whole first para because I'd FORGOTTEN TO TURN IT OFF and Medium doesn't let you Shift+F3 to switch capitalisation modes.

I will always remember kindly the Dr Funny formatting guidelines, the first time I came across a useful and succinct guide to all that intro shit when I first started writing here. Especially the 'don't panic when it looks like putting the kicker in has screwed up all the rest of it' tip. No one else tells you that.
