I really enjoyed this - the standalone status meant it didn't feel it was treading on the toes of my childhood memories. I saw it at the cinema with my son, and it was easier for him to get into as well, without all the baggage and architecture of the Eps. I-IX saga.

Still haven't seen Solo - I really should.
