I remember translating a speech by the Head of Cybersecurity at Santander, one of Spain's biggest banks, a few years ago, in which he said 'we could make our system impregnable, but that would be such a pain to use that our customers wouldn't accept it - we have to find a point on the sliding scale of security vs. useability'. I wonder where we are on that scale now?
