I remember years ago visiting Gibraltar for a few hours, out of curiosity. The best thing about it was the Tesco's supermarket. While other high street establishments were strictly British in their demeanour and contents, the supermarket was a perfect mix of familiar British and Spanish produce. You could get your Colman's mustard and Soreen malt loaf if you had such a craving, but also jamón serrano, Cabrales cheese and EV olive oil from Jaén.

Of course you'd have to live in a colonial military outpost and money-laundering/tax-dodging enclave to access such delights at a single store.

To be honest, as I now live near the Costa Blanca, I can if I want get a whole range of imported groceries, not only from Britain and Ireland, but more from Scandinavia, Germany and Benelux. There's one supermarket near here that's like a UN summit meeting, with little flags marking the shelves and aisles, like the ones they have on the desks at international conferences.
