I shall probably get over my despond in a few weeks. I think I've come to the conclusion that my main gripe is now the Boost programme itself - that's an annoying sideshow - but the more general distribution algorithm, and its memory-holing of everything more than a few days old.

That novelty obsession seems at odds with the idea of more thoughtful writing, which obviously isn't about 'What expression/dress/tiara Taylor Swift wore at an awards ceremony last night'. If the platform values timeless and universal experience, why does it leave it festering on the trash heap?

And why isn't the algorithm capable of learning from our past engagement?
