I suppose companies actually have their social media monitoring on the case here, don't they? Listening in on the gripes aired on rival brands' profiles so they can then say 'Hey, we heard you hate this. Switch to us, we've fixed it.'

To build better (and more expensive) moustraps, of course. Not to save the planet.
