If I were there I'd be boosting my bloody piece on translating poetry, which just got rejected today, so that's three strikes and I'm out. The funny thing is, it will almost certainly get fewer reads now, in its revised and republished version, when I have 4000 followers, 55 boosted stories, and 25,000 cumulative reads than it did a year and a half ago when I had maybe 2 boosts, 400 followers, and 1,500 reads.

How does that make sense? How do you even set about designing an algorithm that bad? Monkeys and typewriters?

Time to rethink writing directions and energies in 2025...
