I'm glad you enjoyed it, Max. Some places, such as Hong Kong, are constrained by lack of space, but with Spain it actually has three times the land area per person that England does, for example, but chooses not to use it for huge garden suburbs, and instead build these compact cities. It's an interesting phenomenon.
