I'm not really interested in the money, Rodrigo. I'm interested in readership. By which I mean two things: my work, whether boosted or not, being intelligently distributed by Medium to those readers who have already provided them with the relevant data, which they already process for earnings formula calculations, regarding their affinity with my style, as well as a number of others whose initial indications of their interests are approximated to be potentially in alignment.

And the chance to build a genuine community of like-minded readers and writers that grows at a logical organic rate, rather than being stymied by the malfunctioning Medium algorithm.

Both should be perfectly feasible goals, given the data available to the platform, and our understanding that it is based in the heart of the most technologically advanced region on the planet, not in some cave in rural Afghanistan.

Alas, that would seem not to be the case. Never mind!
