It can only be a matter of time, I guess, before the 'how to make money on Medium' stories become monetised as 'how to get boosted on Medium' courses, I guess. Since the present and future of the platform (until pivot #273) clearly is Boost/bust.

That said, the roll-out does seem to be continuing at a steady pace, so at least the avenues to boosting are expanding.
