It does seem to be reaching crisis point in various locations, with AirBnB pressure on housing prices and availability the big difference from when it was just new hotels and apartment blocks going up. Now tourism is cannibalising the resources that the sector itself needs to attract and retain staff. That could start a vicious circle.
