It seems that on one side they are showing (figure minus suspended accounts), and on the other (original figure). Some suspended accounts will be reinstated, so the precise difference between the two will vary, as more get lopped off, others get added back in.

But any 'dashboard' that presents three or more different figures for followers, reads, views and earnings at any given time is, by definition, unreliable to the point of uselessness. Which hardly inspires user confidence.
