It's an interesting idea. Scots insist their porridge requires a pinch of salt to perfect the flavour.

I'm afraid I've long since gone native and scarcely drink tea now. Strictly café for me. Sólo, con leche, cortado. Bombón for a treat. Carajillo de ron FTW!

BTW - have you got into 'café con gotas' up in Galicia? A caffè corretto with a dash of orujo pomace brandy.
