Marcus, I respectfully refer you to the evidence of every change the platform has made over the last 2 years, and how they have been implemented, to disabuse you of that notion.

Make up an idea, implement in half-finished and untested form on live, oversteer in reaction to its failings, make up a bullshit excuse, then contradict that, and eventually, some months later, arrive at a point of relative stability.
