'See what I did there?' is another annoying one.

It invariably seems to mean nothing more than 'I just made a slightly weak pun. Please laugh. And you can't criticise me for its weakness, because I'm doing it ironically and telling you so. Got it?'.

I've got nothing against slightly weak puns, but they should probably be left in their natural state, to be missed/ignored/laughed or groaned at by the reader as they see fit, rather than having 'I am a weak pun' tattooed on their foreheads.
