That said, you can see those pubs themselves filling up with new writers every time a new 'boosting pubs' list comes out - Robin Wilding just published a new update with over 90.

And there has to be one in your chosen topics, which often isn't the case. Straight men aged under 50, for example, already have half a dozen or more closed to them by default. Which may be reasonable positive action or simply focus by the pubs, but their inclusion in the programme this early on seems a dubious decision.
