Speaking of lorry drivers, large sections of motorway round here are two lanes in each direction, as traffic volumes are not that high. But lorries will insist on trying to overtake one another, uphill, when they simply don't have the acceleration to do it, blocking the whole carriageway all the way to the crest of the incline.

I tend to just sit in the slow lane behind whatever has plonked itself there, matching their speed with adaptive cruise control (a fancy feature my car came with that I didn't ever think I wanted, but saves so much stress on the few long drives I make).
