I was actually planning on writing an article about my equivocal feelings at resurrecting an ancient Kindle that was lying in my sock drawer, and whether amortising that sunk moral and environmental cost offset the inherent evil of buying more ebooks from Amazon.

But I haven't managed to get it to charge and connect to Wifi properly yet, so I just went with an 'Amazon is evil' filler in the meantime.

My 're-Kindled' story will have to wait.
