Thanks for the mention, Zulie. As they feature in that screenshot, it's worth mentioning that to add footnote references, you can use the ^ key in the editing interface to insert superscript characters for that 'academic' look.

I only learned this after several months wondering how people managed to do that nifty footnote thing without an actual 'insert footnote' tool.
