To be fair to the Brits living round these parts, the few I've spoken to seem at least to realise what side their bread is buttered, and it was amusing to see the 'Red, White and Blue till I die' Gibraltarians voting 98% for Remain. God knows what the other 2% were thinking - maybe planning on relocating to Grand Cayman.

But I think a lot of the holidaymakers arriving on the Costas are of the 'stop the 'small boats', but let me straight through passport control, Johnny Foreigner' skool of 'thought'.
