The logical inconsistencies in its suggestion here are intriguing. It 'knows' that Bilbo was 'famous' and 'adventurous' only because it has been fed the complete works of Tolkien, and so recognised the name.
But it only 'knows' that because of the exposition given over the course of those works. Yet it is trying to include that information in a position where it has no place, as decided by the author who gave it the information in the first place, and the popularity of whose storytelling style is the sole reason why it was fed his works and related cultural commentary and references to begin with.
It's almost like the time traveller's paradox.
