There are some rural villages that have €1 homes and the like, with lock-in commitments, and sometimes restricted to families with young children, to make sure the demographic input maintains momentum, and keeps the local primary school viable. But you'd have to be very sure before moving somewhere like that - and I'm not sure your kids would thank you for it when they hit their teenage years.
