They simply do not learn. Ever. Not about how unreliable their automated systems are. Not about how every intervention must be tested before being released onto the live server to potentially wreak havoc and cause a devastating loss of reputation for themselves and their users. Not about basic human courtesy. Not even about self-serving corporate PR competence.

And someone in PR/CRM/business development collects a salary at the end of every month regardless. Hopefully no bonus this year, million subscribers or no million subscribers.
