This actually sounds like a valid theory. But is also a kind of win, right? I'm actually in the middle of a piece about the date of easter and how shitty it turns out for Spain sometimes (like this year) because it's so early, and the weather isn't yet good enough to kickstart the tourist season. May would be perfect here, or at least late April.

Not sure converting Spain to Orthodoxy would be a feasible option, however.
