This is a strict meritocracy! Until it isn't. I'm actually really nervous at the responsibility, which seems daft, but after everyone has been bellyaching and stressing about the whole thing gofr so long - myself included - it's a bit daunting suddenly to be on the other side of the fence. Hopefully things will take off nice and slowly.
