This is good, because in my experience as a pub owner, 'Features' have so far been an extremely damp squib. Nice idea, little (or no) practical impact.

Also, for boosting pubs, the numbers make little sense: boosts are powerful, and you get 20; features are very weak, and you get 4.

That seems illogical.
