This is seriously an issue. With my nascent RSI I find holding down a mouse button, rather than just clicking, really uncomfortable. Click and drag is genuinely painful. [Insert weepy face].

Clicking or holding to 50 takes, like, forever, man!

Which is one reason why it should be devaluated to 1-5. Or once you hit 10, it goes up in blocks of 10, like my microwave timer.
