Yeah, this is one thing I'd been wondering, Ariel. With a monthly limit, logic says you want to pack your best work into the first few days when the nommers have a full quota available, or the end, when they might need to fire off a couple more to get their fill.

So I guess counterintuitively we should aim for the supposedly slack middle.
