Yes, the whole personnel structure will need expanding if distribution is to rely on a human two-step process. After two months of experimentation, I plan to be more tightly focused on picking what I consider to be sure-fire approvals this month. Partly so as to see if I really now have a handle on what they are currently looking for, but also so that I - and others - can at some point make that argument that 'we should now be able to have our noms pre-approved, with maybe just random QC sampling', but also the idea of potentially acting as curators or new nommer mentors in the future.
It's just made so hard when you submit something that you know is right, that you know matches or surpasses in every department a previously accepted piece, and it's rejected.
